Promotion does not include retainers when treatment is complete. The charge for retainers is $650, and includes 4 sets of retainers every 3 months. Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover. Monthly payments plan is available through Care Credit to qualified patients, and is subject to a one time administrative fee of $350. We will file insurance paperwork for qualified patients as a courtesy. Benefits will be reimbursed directly to the patient.
